Commercial Lighting Solutions
With significant advances in LED lighting and Government incentives (cash back) to upgrade inefficient lighting your business can benefit both now and well into the future. Commercial LED lighting comes in the form of LED fluorescent tubes, LED high bay lights, LED downlight's, LED recessed lights and LED standard globes.
Whilst there are a number of companies offering free LED lighting upgrades the quality of the light fittings can be questionable, in general the out of pocket expenses after rebates equates to a return on investment of less than 3 years.
The expected lifespan of LED lights is around 10 years, thus providing an excellent ROI for your business.

Types of lighting fixtures
Incandescent lamp holder
This type of fitting doesn't require any change to work and you can purchase LED globes that will fit directly into your existing incandescent fittings.
Fluorescent fittings can be upgraded to LED tubes however in doing so the existing fitting needs to be re-wired so as to bypass the ballast. The reason for this is that if you don't bypass the ballast then a large portion of the energy savings is lost as the ballast consumes power.
Halogen down lights
Halogen down lights consume a lot of energy and are regarded as extremely inefficient form of lighting. They are also extremely common and found in most homes and businesses. LED downlights provide a significant improvement to power consumption and fit the existing space where original downlights were mounted
Metal Hallide High bay lights
Commonly used in workshops and factories with a high roof space these lights consume a high amount of power and take quite a while to warm up to full light. For this reason they need to be turned on and left on in areas where irregular lighting is required. With an upgrade to LED high bay lights we can implement motion sensors to further improve the savings achieved
